This is an agreement between you ' The Client ' and us ' Zanz Internet '. By purchasing any of our products/services you are agreeing to everything written within these terms. If you do not agree please do not purchase any of our products/services relating to web hosting.


Hosting & Domains >>

1: Your website will be hosted on one of our servers unless you violate these terms or you decide to cancel.

2: Although we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee we can not be held responsible for any downtime or data loss your website experiences. We have support staff which are available 24/7 to fix any server issues.

3: We can accept payment for any product/service via, Credit/Debit Card, Google Checkout, Paypal & PayOffline (PayOffline is for UK Customers only). We use Worldpay to process all our Credit/Debit card transactions. All Credit/Debit card transactions will show on your statement as Zanz Internet. If you owe any money on your account and have a Credit/Debit card on file we may charge your card the owed amount at any time. If you chargeback a transaction we will suspend any accounts you have with us, until we resolve it and you will be charged a £20 fee to access your account again. If over 7 days has passed and the chargeback issue hasn't been resolved we may terminate your account(s).

4: You must pay any invoices due in your account by the due date shown on the invoice. If you fail to pay any invoice that is due within the specified time your Products/Services you have with us will be suspended automatically the next day, and you will be charged a 10% fee if you would like your Product/Service resumed. If any invoices are left unpaid in your account for 14 days or more your websites/domains associated with the invoice will be terminated. Invoices are generated automatically 7 days before the due date.

5: All support tickets submitted are usually resolved within 1 hour depending on the issue, On average you will recieve a response within 30 minutes (sometimes just a few minutes). You must only create/reply to tickets relevant to your Cpanel/WHM account. We now only support our direct clients and not clients from other websites/clients of clients. If you are not a direct client we will charge £2 for each support request. Sometimes our support staff may need to assign the ticket to a senior admin, if this happens you may have to wait a little longer for a reply. To create/reply to a ticket you can email:

6: All our hosting packages have a ' Fair Usage ' policy. This means although there is a limit on your account, please only use the amount of disk space necessary. This will be a benefit to you and other ' Clients ' as there will be no non required files on the server.

7: You may only use the amount of webspace/bandwidth alocated to your hosting account, if you use more we will contact you to remove some files, if you fail to do this we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your accounts. If you need more space or bandwidth please open a sales ticket to discuss this with a member of staff.

8: If you would like to cancel your hosting account with us you may do so at anytime from your Client Area. You are free to signup again at anytime.

9: We hold the right to transfer any of our ' Clients ' to a new server without permission or without informing our ' Clients '.

10: We hold the right to terminate, suspend or modify your domain name/hosting account if we feel it is being misused in any way.

11: All hosting packages purchased via our website are setup within 12 hours.

12: All Domains purchased through our website are registered automatically after we have recieved payment.

13: You can topup your account via your Client Area. Account Topups can be used to pay for any of our products/services where an invoice is present. The minimum amount you can topup by is £5 and the maximum is £50 in one transaction. The maximum amount you can have in your acccount at one time is £500. All Account Topups are non refundable.

14: Clients must communicate with our staff in a polite manner and must not threaten, swear at or be rude to us. If you do one of these more then once we may terminate all your accounts without warning.

15: We will not give your personal information such as name, address, e-mail address to third parties. Any information submitted by the client will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any service issues the client may have.

16: We hold the right to modify these Terms without notice to our clients.
